Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in NOK including VAT. Any shipping costs are added at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
Delivery time is normally within 10-25 business days.
As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct address. -
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the right of withdrawal act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. -
Complaints
If the item has a fault or defect, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.

Return Policy

How to Return
Please send us an email at kontakt@sjaina.no before making a return. Provide your order number and reason. We will take the matter further with the shipping company and/or manufacturer. -
Cost of Return
The customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product sent or defective item). -
Condition of Goods
Returns are only approved if the item is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
Consumables that have been opened (e.g., chemicals, waxes, liquids) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. -
Refund
Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will refund within 14 days after the return is registered with us, and no later than 30 days.”

1. General
We sell car accessories, spare parts, and styling products to private individuals and businesses.
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise specified.
2. Products and Usage
Our products are aftermarket products (not original spare parts).
Fit and compatibility may vary slightly between different car models and model years, and we recommend that you contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly in color, shape, or detail without affecting functionality.
3. Use on Public Roads
Some products we sell are not approved for use on public roads in Norway (e.g., LED lights, modified lights, spoiler kits, and styling components).
The buyer is solely responsible for investigating and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Sjaina.no disclaims all responsibility for improper use, installation, or consequences resulting from the use of the products.
4. Ordering and Payment
When you place an order in the online store, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirms that we have received the order, but not that the item has been shipped.
Payment can be made with Vipps, card, Klarna, or other payment methods specified at checkout.
The amount is reserved upon ordering and debited upon shipment.
5. Delivery and Delivery Time
We offer international shipping from various suppliers and manufacturers.
Normal delivery time is 10–25 business days, but in some cases, delivery may take longer, especially during peak season or for special orders. When ordering multiple items, you may receive the items separately due to our multiple different warehouses, causing different delivery times.
If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as we are notified.
Sjaina.no cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or force majeure.
6. Shipping and Customs
Any shipping costs will be stated at checkout. Some items are sent directly from the manufacturer or external warehouse abroad.
When purchasing goods shipped from abroad, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon entry into Norway.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Norwegian consumer legislation.
The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
The buyer pays for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders or products that have been made or adapted specifically for the customer.
8. Complaints
In case of errors or defects, you must contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt.
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and will replace or repair the product if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, modifications, or accidents is not covered by the warranty. -
